Qualifications

Intern Architect

Assist a project team to prepare written and graphic materials. Available for any other task (product research, making appointments, printings, etc.).

The intern obtains instructions directly from Senior or Junior Architects and has to report daily.

Responsibilities:

  • inquire about daily tasks
  • ensure the proper functioning of his office computer and obtain approval before any internal manipulation at the workstation.

Skills:

  • mastery of the software design (AutoCAD) and graphics software
  • able to work well within a team
  • able to manage time and tasks efficiently
  • show initiatives on everyday tasks
  • english or italian speaking in order to have a suitable dialogue with the rest of the team
  • training agreement.

Collaboration for a minimum period of 6 months.

 

Junior Architect

Integrate a design team project.

The Junior Architect will receive instructions directly from Senior Architect and has to report daily.

Responsibilities:

  • prepare and develop drawings relating to a project
  • assist, when required, the coordination of the project team
  • take responsibility, when required, of a specific part of the project
  • liaise with team members and other consultants involved in the project
  • knowledge of the procedures and technical standards
  • contribute to other projects, when required.

Skills:

  • previous experience in other architecture practices
  • able to work well within a team
  • able to understand and formulate proposals
  • able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently
  • mastery of the following software: AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office
  • english or italian speaking in order to have a suitable dialogue with the rest of the team.

 

Senior Architect

Obtain instructions directly from partners and report in an independent and effective way.

Responsibilities:

  • manage the working time and identify spots to be made
  • project management
  • project administration
  • knowledge and experience of the procedures and standards.

Skills:

  • total understanding and control of the project process
  • knowledge in the industry of the construction
  • previous project management experience
  • good written and verbal communication
  • working in a independent way while being a member of a team
  • ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently
  • mastery of the following: AutoCAD, Rhino, Creative Suite Adobe, Microsoft Office.

 

Intern PR

Within the communication division, the intern participates in the daily support of the Head of Communication, in all its tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • creation of communication materials
  • updating the project portfolio
  • creation of press kits
  • updating website and socials
  • public relations.

Skills:

  • student in architecture, graphic design, art, communication
  • bilingual Italian / English
  • mastery of the following software: Office, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator.

Collaboration for a minimum period of 3 months.
 

PR

The PR manage and organize the firm communication in close collaboration with partners and the Head of Communication, in all its tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • creation of communication materials
  • updating the project portfolio
  • creation of press kits
  • updating website and socials
  • public relations
  • creating partnership’s submissions
  • relations with external contractors and the press
  • getting in contact with journalists proposing topics according to the editorial line of each medium.

Skills:

  • expert in architecture, graphic design, art, communication
  • motivated person with a great artistic and architectural culture
  • good interpersonal contact
  • writing skills
  • bilingual Italian / English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • mastery of the following software: Office, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator.

 

Business Developer

The business developer is a versatile and ambitious manager to actively pursue projects across the globe liaising with the head office in Genoa. His focus is to identify, define, develop and lead the business development strategy as well as introduce a toolset for market research and client management. The business developer works closely with partners and with the communication division with which it shares strategies and modi operandi.

Responsibilities:

  • customer care and business strategy up to the signing of the contract
  • management of public presentations and communication material.

Skills:

  • studied within architecture, international business or economics, but all fields of study will be considered
  • influential in network of developers and builders
  • ability in public relations
  • recommended understanding of the architecture and design world
  • proven track record of business development and/or sales
  • organized and result oriented
  • have an entrepreneurial spirit
  • maintain keen awareness of market landscapes and opportunities.
